Hinata Studio (“we”, “us”) provides the Android app “my Diary” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

The App is not a photo storage service. Please keep the original of any photo that matters to you on your own device or backup. |

We do not collect advertising identifiers and we do not track your behaviour. We do not collect location, contacts or call history.
We never receive your payment card details. Payments are handled by Google Play.

The App lets people who have mutually approved each other view each other’s entries.
Unless you use this feature, no other user can see your entries.
We use the following service providers to run the App. We never sell or rent your information.

Apart from the processors above, we may disclose information without your consent in the following cases (these are permitted under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information).
Even then, we respond only to the extent asked for. Where the law allows it, we will try to tell you beforehand or promptly afterwards.
Your entries, photos and account information are stored on servers in Japan (Tokyo region).
We rely on the standard data protection terms offered by each provider. Contact us if you would like more detail about where your data is stored.
No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We take reasonable measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in the Google Play Store to stop being billed.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Do not use the App if you are under 13. If we learn that we hold information from such a user, we will delete it promptly.
If you are 13 or older but under 18, please use the App with your parent's or guardian's consent and supervision. Where the law of your country sets a higher age (up to 16 in some EU member states), consent is likewise required below that age.
The App lets you share entries with friends and offers a paid Premium plan (subscription). If you are a minor, please talk to your parent or guardian before using either.
We may update this policy. If a change is significant we will announce it on this page and update the “last updated” date.

Hinata Studio（以下「当方」）は、Android アプリ「my Diary」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

本アプリは、広告識別子の取得や、利用者を追跡する目的での行動履歴の収集を行いません。位置情報・連絡先・通話履歴も取得しません。
クレジットカード番号などの決済情報は、当方に一切渡りません。決済は Google Play が処理します。

本アプリには、相互に承認した利用者どうしで記録を見せ合う機能があります。
この機能を使わない限り、利用者の記録が他の利用者に見られることはありません。
当方は、本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で、以下の事業者に情報の取扱いを委託しています。当方が利用者の情報を第三者へ販売・貸与することはありません。

上記の委託のほか、次の場合には、ご本人の同意なく情報を提供することがあります（個人情報の保護に関する法律が認めている場合です）。
これらに当たる場合でも、求められた範囲に限って対応します。また、法令上さしつかえのない範囲で、あらかじめ、または事後にご本人へお知らせするよう努めます。
利用者の記録・写真・アカウント情報は、日本国内（東京リージョン）のサーバーに保存されます。
当方は、各事業者が提供する標準的なデータ保護の枠組み（各社の定めるデータ処理条項を含む）に基づいて委託を行います。保存先の詳細をお知りになりたい場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。
ただし、インターネットを通じた送信・保存の方法として、絶対に安全なものは存在しません。当方は合理的な保護措置を講じますが、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
アカウントを削除しても、Google Play の定期購入は自動では解約されません。請求を止めるには、Google Play ストアから解約してください。
利用者は、自己の情報について次の権利を有します。多くは本アプリ内の操作で行えます。
EU・英国にお住まいの方は、所在国のデータ保護当局へ苦情を申し立てる権利があります。
13歳未満の方は、本アプリを利用しないでください。そのような方の情報を取得していたことが判明した場合、当方は速やかに削除します。
13歳以上18歳未満の方は、保護者の方の同意を得たうえで、保護者の方の監督のもとでご利用ください。お住まいの国の法令でより高い年齢が定められている場合（EU では国により最大16歳）は、その年齢未満の方についても同様に、保護者の方の同意が必要です。
本アプリには友達と記録を共有する機能と、有料のプレミアムプラン（定期購入）があります。未成年の方は、これらをご利用になる前に必ず保護者の方にご相談ください。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知し、最終更新日を改めます。
